My experience has been HORRIBLE to date. The Website stated 3 times my order did not go through. Yet 3 charges are pending on my credit card. Emailed customer service and they said cannot do anything 15 min after an order was placed. Called customer service and despite the difficulty getting a live person she said the orders did not go through and my orders are pending and I would not be charged. I am placing a 4th order in good faith as I want to give your product as Xmas gifts. It is both a website and customer service issue. I initially ordered $133. I tried to order a second time so was another $133. I did not see any of them went through so I tried once more on a $250 order. All show on my card, but none show a confirmation from you. I now placed another $170 order. I should have been able to get a solution when I finally reached customer service (if not sooner). Your system discourages people connecting with customer service. You agent was fine, but I got off the phone wondering if it will be corrected and I am still not 100%. I expect a little more from Yankee. I work for Weber Grills and the same is expected from our customer service and web ordering. This was all very frustrating especially as I jumped through hoops to order $170 in candles! As it is I lost the original sale (buy 2 get 3 free) that you were having. Overall a bad experience. Hope it all finishes better. It says something about your product making a great gift, but also says a lot about how you have some website and customer service issues. I don't see how I can have a pending charge, but you have no order. This is a first.
