I’ve ordered tires from tire buyer over the past 10 years. I reached out to them to get tires for my Diamond Cargo Trailer. I told the representative the current tire size, the make and model of trailer and told him I needed all weather tires for my trailer. The representative suggested tires for my needs. I ordered them and when I took them to the shop for install, the installer said the tires were passenger (car) tires. I called tirebuyer to see about returning them and was told I had to pay $30 to return them, even though it was tire buyers fault. I essentially paid tire buyer $30 for nothing. I will never order through tire buyer again.

An excellent experience! The quality of my tires is very good. I was extremely pleased with the staff with efficiency, professionalism and most important, their attitude. They were extremely an well planned bunch of guys. Most impressed.

The order process was quick and easy. Once the order was placed I received an email stating they received my order. A few days later I didn’t receive another email with tracking or anything so I called and was informed they were being delivered that day. If I had know they had shipped I could have had an appointment already set up to have the new tires installed. Also when I received the tires they were very dirty, this is not a big deal but being new tires you would expect them to look new. I would buy from this company again.
