You actually have what I want in a decent price. I really hated that the first order was canceled due to payment aut issue and you guys are not providing ability to change the payment information on an order. Also, your payment management system, not validating and check out completly the cc information and fund availability just 20th centuries. You guys will be killed if you are not upping up your payment game with proper solution.

We have a great relationship with Pro Vantage. The reps are really good to us and are aways available if we need assistance. We have 2 companies that we order from. Provantage is our primary source.

While the selection of items within a product category were limited but the website is very clear in terms of availability and had best pricing compared to other websites even though it was by less than 2%. Given they were official sellers of the product i went with Provantage.

The checkout experience was great. I needed to add an additional monitor to my order and I just emailed back the confirmation and they did all of it. It is a super straight forward process to checkout. The website does look dated and a little clunky even though the process is smooth. It made me dread the first time checking out and even question the legitimacy of the website before I ordered. My experience was great though - I did get a recommendation to buy this monitor by a former board member and if I did not I wouldn't have purchased through your site at all with the way it is presented - looking clunky.
