Your search needs a lot of work. I searched for nickel table lamp with sub and electrical outlet and it said there were 1000matches. Wrong! 70% of lamps did not meet any of the search parameters and it took me HOURS to finally find a lamp I liked. VERY FRUSTRATING!

i needed the chat to find the correct light bulbs for the look i wanted. very helpful and found what i needed. i have bought lights, lamps and ceiling fans for a room renovation and we are VERY happy but the lamp came with bright bulbs. we are looking more for mood lighting. i wanted the same shape and look bulbs but could not find what i needed. the on line chat was very helpful and compiled a wish list for me to see my options. i would not have been able to do this on my own. of hundreds of bulbs there were only 2 that we appropriate. very pleased!

I purchased 6 lighting products & 2 fans & if you add the total for these items, the total purchased is approximately $2,000 or more. When I purchased the last items2 ceiling fans, worth over $800, Lamps Plus was offering $30 off a purchase. I had difficulty applying for this offer & so did not get $30 off my purchase. I hope I don't have the same difficulty for another offer on my next purchase.

Besides not having exactly what I wanted, when I was browsing for an item it didn't show up and I had to enter the specific item number. And the idea that you keep sending me "offers" in the mail about discounts only to find out when I'm checking out that the discounts don't apply to the things I'm purchasing (of course) is low class and crappy business strategy. If the discounts don't exist then stop sending me mail that's worthless. There are other places to buy this stuff.

The only problem I encountered was that I did not need the remote (after I installed it) as I had separate switches for the fab and light. So I just removed the wires and everything is fine.

Bulb issue: warm white is not very warm. you need to help people with selections for the slightly gold incandescent light we were previously used to which was warmer than warm white and show those bulb for purchase with the lamp. Also for purchase include a dimmable variation and a compatible dimmer. with adjustable lamps you need to show the maximum the lamps can adjust and all dimensions for each adjustment especially for arc type. Also need to know. A lot of lamps do not have smelting below the bulb in a shade so i don’t see how you don’t get a lot of glare when the light is higher than you are especially if you look up.

Since giving lamps plus my email address I have been inundated with emails with anywhere from $30-$50 off purchases of $199 or more. An insignificant amount in relation to my purchase and yet you refused my coupon code. That’s extremely irritating and misleading. Stop jamming up my mailbox with ridiculously meaningless offers that are on a very limited number of products anyway. As soon as I receive my lighting I will unsubscribe to your site and avoid it at all costs going forward. By the way, money is of NO issue to me. I own a very lucrative business myself, but I would never tease customers with bogus offers. The fact that you taunt your customers, incessantly and give nothing in return will lose you the very customers you are trying to gain. Bad move!
