I have been getting this newsletter for many, many years. I have ordered before, but not in a long time. I enjoy having stones and used to set many in jewelry for myself and family. I would hate not getting your newsletter, as I enjoy seeing the natural beauty. I learned to make jewelry in college with my degrees in art. Thank you for continuing to send me your newsletter although I seldom buy much anymore.

I have shopped with gem select multiple times and have been very happy with all of the stones I have received so far, I do think it is interested that gem select grades there gem stones like diamonds with the v vs vvs grades instead of letter grades like AAA AA A B C , think that is the more standard way of grade gems that aren’t diamonds, but I don’t mind the vvs and vv grades because all of the gemstones I have gotten haven’t been included and have good clarity, that’s about the only comment I have been mostly buying garnets so I have been pretty happy you have a lot of gems that are affordable and but you don’t have very many different types of cuts, and also I wish there was a larger selection of gems for example I don’t think yall have very many emeralds to choose from.

FACETS RULE

Overall, a very positive experience. I collect FACETED gems and wish there were more faceted items to choose from. The cabachons are great—just not what I collect.

Having purchased gemstones from GemSelect before, I knew what to expect. I did find tracking information difficult to find, but beyond that, the experience was very satisfying and I will visit the website again in future.

The gem I selected was the right size and matched exactly other gems on the bracelet. This greatly pleased me. The picture and color exactly matched the delivery.

Overall the site is good to use and simple to navigate for what i needed and i liked that they are clear and detailed on the size shape and cut of the stones only input id like is for stones that have a specific refractive quality like moonstone in my case if theyd showcase the cut stones refraction so you know how it looks when buying

While the site is useable it does tend to glitch when selecting multiple filters and not show stones that I had seen with the previous filters when adding an additional one that should not have removed them
