I appreciate the details on the characteristics of the products (i.e. hardness, natural/dyed etc...). Additional details that I would find helpful would be the specific silver specifications (like whether it's .925 etc..) & tarnish protection finishes. Thank you!

I love the products although some are more expensive than other suppliers. I find it frustrating to have to pay so much more than others because I'm making this jewelry to donate to raise money for a Cancer Centre in Nanaimo, BC. I have never yet found a valid coupon. Customer service is better on other sites. I buy here when I can because different items are sold here.

I love the beads I received in my recent order but was surprised to find the order with the most beads in it just wrapped in tissue like paper. I thought the would come in a tube for easy storage.
