Its a little loose, but thenpad slid in much easier than I expected which is probably why it's loose. Overall I am very pleased.

Prices on Amazon don't seem to compare to Website prices. FedEx option requires "Upgrade" not "Traditional" design but that is still optional in design field near the top of the page. Confusing.

Product ordering was straight forward and quite easy. Cover took slightly longer than I anticipated but was worth the wait. Only issue was that I received the same email 3 times 2 weeks apart saying that my cover was about to be made. When I questioned the third email I got an immediate response saying that the cover was being shipped. That was the only problem I encountered. I had the order shipped by FedEx which means I had to assemble the parts but that was very manageable. Be sure to watch the short video for how to assemble the parts.

i really liked how you already had the dimensions for my Jacuzzi J-415 hot tub and the corner radius'. It made me much more comfortable knowing you had the manufacturer specs

Great job showing the options. Things you might consider improving...showing the spa cover color options with full picture of a cover not just a square box that doesn't provide good context. Explain a bit more on the foam 1lb vs 1.5 vs 2lb...is it just structural or also helps with heat retention.

It was easy to follow with step by step instructions and it gave me plenty of selections to choose from. I liked that they had videos to describe the more difficult portions of the purchase. The one area that I was looking for but couldn't find was the accessories. The website didn't lay them out in an easy place to find, but when I clicked on that link, it took me to a page that was no longer active. Because of this, I didn't purchase an accessory that I need.

It was not intuitive to me where to find the "design your own" cover. The site does not feel "current", the impression is that is a bit dated. Technically specifying the cover - it was excellent. I appreciated the detail of options and information to be sure that i understood what everything was.

I am a returning customer. My first cover lasted 11 years being exposed to rough winters and summers. On the website when asked how we found out about beyondnice, I said other. The space for explaining other appeared to pop up above other instead of below. That was a little confusing. Besides that, it was a very easy online purchase.

It was a bit difficult to understand at the bottom that the selection of Freight or standard Fedex related to the much earlier selection of the weight of the foam selected.

I was a bit confused by the large pull down menus for style. I have a square oversized tub but when I selected the option given - it said tubs over 100 inches and up to 96 inches - mine is 108 by 108 so its OVER 96

Website is a bit dated, but pictures all loaded and it worked so not the worst thing by any means. I'd try to make the cover material pictures bigger. Also some dates need updated and some links break like for the lift accessory. Otherwise the price is competitive...I'm just hoping the upgrades I added and the manufacturing and material quality matches what I've heard about this company.

If not for reputation on internet, I would have ordered elsewhere because NO ONE answers the phone!! I left messages to call me several days ago and no one called and also left an email message with my questions but no response. This makes me wonder what type of customer service there will be if I have a problem. What good is the company if you can't talk to anybody? I hope I didn't make a mistake using this company. This is more than I have ever paid for a deluxe cover!

The vapor barrier vis a vis the foam pieces requiring assembly is not clear. The company chose to use foam pieces without any vapor barrier in the instructional demo video. There are no images with fed ex sized foam pieces with vapor barriers anywhere on the site. Poor decisions. AI assist is not on point. They don’t get it. Lazy. Human response later still ignoring request for images and referring me to site pages that don’t have it. Disappointingly unresponsive.

The website was fine. Options and prices were stated clearly. I appreciated the plentiful photos throughout the configurator, which helped me understand each upgrade option. One issue to flag: after selecting all of the options for my cover, I clicked "add to cart" and was brought to an empty cart page. I hit the back button to go back to the configurator page, but the "add to cart" button wasn't clickable, even though I had made a selection for every required field. I refreshed the page, re-selected my options, and was then able to successfully add the cover to my cart.
