I don't think your website facilitates reorders in customers that come back as well as it could. I was told I could get a 7% discount for returning customers, but was never given a way to get the discount. No code or anything. So I end up paying more than I should have. My old hot tub cover held up decently and that's why I'm repurchasing

I would recommend beyond nice for hot tub cover but would also tell them not to get the almond colored vinyl. It has started to leach out yellow die on top and underside of skirt. Purchase went well but i am not sure why skirt could not be 4.5" instead of 5". Now the 5" skirt covers the edges of my tub on the sides and hangs-up when lifting it off. 4.5" skirt would have been the perfect height and match edge of tub. I also did not understand that the underside was a see-thru mesh which exposed my existing foam. I though it was a solid covered underside.

No one local wants to sell just the foam inserts for a hot tub cover. My local hot tub place wanted to sell me a new cover for over $800 and there was nothing wrong with my cover, I really just needed new foam. I found BeyondNice online, I think they were one of, if not the only, place that was selling foam inserts to fit my existing cover. I followed the measurement instructions and ordered new foam for just over $400. I had to wait a few weeks but for half the price of a new cover it was well worth it. The foam arrived in multiple pieces. They were clearly labelled 1-4, sides A and B and they were a perfect fit. I could not be happier with the whole experience.

As I recall, product ordered and was shipped approximately when promised, HOWEVER, it took approximately 3 days to get from Florida to Colorado, and 3WEEKS to get where I could drive 45 miles to pick it up myself OR wait another week! The product was fine, totally satisfied. . . But, your shipping carriers "trading off" was unbelievable and NO help from Beyond Nice to get it to me! I attempted, a couple times to at least get a refund on the shipping. . . .but nobody cares.

The cheers or add on features that I had to pay for should've been included in a quality cover. I don't agree with having to add all of that on to get a quality cover. I almost went to a different supplier, but wanted to shop in the USA.

I took the time to get accurate measurements and the product delivered fit my old styrofoam perfectly. i do wish there were some kind of handl in the middle fold since i fold my cover in half and push it back onto a track. would be nice to have something to pull it back over. all in all, happy with the purchase and the fit.

Ordering and delivery process was great, no complaints. New product arrived defective (foam cores not properly wrapped with vapor barrier which had multiple tears). The only warranty fix offered was for me to add additional plastic wrap myself.

The large size SPA covers for in the ground covers are hard to find but Beyond Nice has a great Custom Design for in the ground large spa sizes that work great for our back yard spa attached to our pool.

I am highly impressed with Beyond Nice! I was blessed to find a hot tub cover builder that was specifically for the hot tub brand I have!!! The price was the best I found. The freight delivery is $0 since I'm in Florida and I'm just so happy with this purchase! I have needed a new cover for quite some time but have come to the end of my repairs! I already have an overcover that will help protect my new cover from the intense Florida heat! I am so happy to be able to treat "my best friend" with a new cover. This tubby saves me on a regular basis since I'm 75 and achy. Thank you so much, Beyond Nice because you definitely are BEYOND NICE!!!!
