BeyondNice has sold spa covers online since 2005 and has thousands of satisfied clients around the country. BeyondNice brand hot tub covers are manufactured by Spa Cover Incorporated. They have been manufacturing spa covers for 34 years and counting!

The order process was smooth and fulfillment timing met expectations. The delivery company was horrible. They called to notify me they were going to deliver the item in 30 minutes. 10 minutes later I went outside to find it had already been delivered, they did not ring the doorbell or notify me or get my signature, and one of the spa covers was damaged. I had to call the delivery company to get them to come back so I could refuse the order and they finally came back and acted put out to have to take it back. It has been over a month since it was returned and I didn't hear anything from the delivery company or Beyond Nice and I had to reach out to Beyond Nice for an update. My first email was not responded to and my second email came back stating that they were STILL waiting to hear from the delivery company!!! I am still waiting for the second half of my swim spa cover so, in essence, I only have half a product that can't be used and I spent approximately $1200 to get this custom cover. Very disappointed even though I understand things happen in transit, I was hoping that there would be more communication and updates in an effort to get things addressed quickly.

Overall the website is easy to use and the BeyondNice sales rep Jeff was great. He walked me through the website to be able to match my previous order that became waterlogged do to the fact that I apparently removed plastic that was not supposed to be removed. This should have been better labled, but it was my fault, so I had to buy more foam.

I had to replace the foam in my cover after about six months. I was told it was shipped with a moisture barrier that I must have removed when I put it in the cover. Based on the original order, it means I removed a 4to 6 mil plastic that I do not remember being there. I do remember plastic, but it was more along the lines of the plastic that your dry cleaning come back in. Be that as it may, I paid full price for new foam that I noticed was one piece for each side as opposed to the 4 pieces for each side from the original order. It to 4 weeks to get the new order and I was very excited. That was quickly change to disappointment when there was damage to one of the panels and the moisture barrier. It was packed in a box that was to big for the panel as it was at least a foot to a foot and a half in length and 3 to 4” in depth. This let the panels easily move around inside the box. There was no additional packing to protect the foam during shipping. I have not heard back from John as of yet as to how much longer I am going to have to wait to get a replacement. easy to use but the listed price vs the final purchase price not so good. would be better to specify price is dependent on options.......that being said i believe you get what you pay for and i'm expecting a quality product

I feel as though this is a good quality product and affordable my only complaint is that it took a lil longer than I wanted and the whole shipment didn't come in at the same time , overall I'm quite happy with this purchase

The cover was well made and matched exzactly the custom dimensions I provided. The only problem I encountered was a miscalculation on my part of how much vertical clearance I would need above the top of the swim spa to allow the cover to easily fold back on itself. My old cover, same as the new, was made up of two separate halves that meet in the middle. Each half was made up of two sections that fold, making up a total of four sections for the entire cover. Two differences in the new cover created the need for an additional 2.5 inches of clearance above the cover in order for the middle two sections to fold back on themselves unimpeded. The first difference in the new cover was my request for an additional inch of thickness in the foam used to make the panels (I wanted more insulation), and the second difference was a difference in design for the middle where the two panels meet. My old cover had a 2 inch cusion in the middle that could fold back out of the way when opening up the cover and the new one doesn't have a center cusion. The two halves simple but up against each other and have a flap on one of the halves that lays over the seam with a weighted bar in it to hold it down. Unfortunately, the new cover hits the deck ceiling when trying to fold the middle sections back on themselves now, so I have to go through a painful process of sliding and folding the halves to get past the ceiling joists! So learn from my mistake! ;-)
