I ordered a 2 shelf Salamander archetype rack in maple to add to one I already had here. Much to my delight, it arrived 5 days after placing the order, and I was able to integrate it into my rig immediately. I was contacted directly theough email by Dave Sailer after I had been looking online for some SVS tower speakers. Normally, I would be frustrated by someone contacting me based on my online browsing, but I was genuinely interested in the speakers and felt that I would explain why I was holding off on the final purchase. He was able to provide me with a compelling discount so I went ahead and purchased the speakers. The speakers arrived extremely quickly (within about 2 business days I think) but the packaging of the speakers were EXTREMELY damaged and it was evident that these speakers had been dropped at some point because the handles and box were ripped wide open. I contacted Dave before I unpacked them to see if I should even attempt to open them, but he assured me that they would replace them if the actual speakers were damaged. The speakers do not seem to be damaged, so I have kept them. However, the original boxes are unusable for future moves and/or resale so I believe this decreases the future value of this high-end purchase. I haven't asked for any compensation, but I dont think this standard of delivery should be acceptable for such high-end equipment. Finally, the only way to track the shipping for this order was through a separate "Shop" app. Since the speakers and cables were shipped separately, I couldn't track the cables and didn't know when they would arrive. They ended up arriving scattered across the next week in 4 separate shipments. I would have appreciated a single shipment, and the ability to track them directly though my order link on World Wide Stereo's own web site. Overall, I'm happy with the speakers and the overall initial purchase experience. I would likely buy from World Wide Stereo again, but I might be apprehensive about the shipping method when purchasing any large or complex electronic components. Dave Sailer was also great to work with, and I appreciated being able to get a hold of him over the phone when I had concerns about my shipping damage.

I bought a JBL Soundbar 1300 MK2. By mistake 2 Soundbars arrived. The first one I made the purchase directly by the WWS website. The second one was inadvertly purchased thru Amazon. It was Amazon's mistake. I by passed Amazon and contacted WWS. WWS arranged for me to ship it back free of charge and no restocking fee on something that was not their mistake. I will look at WWS first for my future audio purchases. They have quality products and have what many retailers, especially online retailers are lacking. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have reached out a couple of times to make sure I am pleased with my purchase.

The price was the lowest for these speakers. They didn’t ship as advertised, the “ships within one day statement”, didn’t happen. The speakers didn’t arrive Friday as stated when I ordered. Once shipped they arrived fast. The price was great so it was worth the wait. Plus I got a military discount.

Everything about the shopping, transaction and shipping went perfect. The tracking was a little inaccurate, but package was received on time and in good condition. I wish it wasn't so obvious what was being shipped and delivered by sending in original factory box.

The only thing I was disappointed in was that the site said I would get a free HDMI cable if I gave them my email address and phone number. I did give them my email address and phone number, and I received a text, but I did not get the code for the free HDMI cable.

Products are easy to find and have a great selection. One small I would suggest is to show status out of stock items on search itself without clicking on the item. Also, if we can have same offers as we have from manufacturer that would be great. In my case, SVS had 5% off if I purchase 5 or more items

Crazy experience - tracking never updated until the package arrived, and then I received the wrong item that was half the price of what I paid. When I contacted CS, they told me the original item I wanted was out of stock, so I guess they decided to just send me the cheapest thing? Insane. Then their attitude was, "We can give you a refund if you want." I returned my item and didn't get a refund. I contacted CS again, and they were like, "Oh, sorry. We will get that refund right out to you." I can't believe a company would not notify me that the item I wanted was out of stock, give me another option for a product and/or refund the difference, and then just expect me to not notice, and then repeat the behavior expecting I would not notice that I didn't receive my refund. Absolutely bizarre. It was also for a birthday gift, so it really ruined everything lol
