I do understand tights can't be returnable, but I wish there was a way to order a sample of what the color of the tights will actually look like/ feel like rather than just hoping I'm getting the right color and it possibly being a waste of money. I also don't understand what the difference in the regular and performance tights are - for such a huge price difference I think that should be clear.

so many colors available was great but some were unavailable with no update on when it would restock. emailed customer service but only got vague answers for recommendations for color matching cosplay character

I noticed my saved address had a typo in the zip code. I tried several times to edit it or to add the correct address and couldn't. I was able to change it for the shipping address for this order, but the saved address on the account didn't seem to update. This was frustrating.

It was annoying that not every color option had a model to display the color. The colors look much different on people than just digital color swatches.

It’s incredibly convenient that they color match to Mehron because I am pastel green head to toe for work! Only real issue is the zipper on the bodysuit is a two man job and even then it’s difficult to zip up. Trying the leotard version next!

Took me a minute to find the product I was looking for (initially came across it on Google and was routed to a different product), but once I found it the process couldn't have been easier, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my purchase was estimated to arrive! Was looking for an easier way to have a color skin cosplay without painting my entire body. The first order I had from the website was a few cat suits they are great but with wearing lots of layers it's hard to go to the bathroom. So this time I opted for a top and bottom of the same color so I can more easily use the bathroom during conventions.

I found everything easy to navigate. The only thing I didn't like so much was the size chart. It would be nice if it was more detailed instead of just being "up to XL" or "up to 4XL" and had a size chart that was more like the ones found on tights where you have to use your height and your weight. It's hard to just follow t-shirt/clothing sizing when that's not always consistent between brands. Personally, I have clothes in sizes ranging from M-XL. It would be nice to know for a fact that I'm getting the correct size, especially when the items are final sale and after shipping I'm paying $71.

It was good. Although I feel the sizes could use more specificity. The last time I ordered small medium they were way too tight for me even though my weight and height was inside the range. The leggings were so great. Nice thickness and softness and quality that I have ordered again.I ordered large this time.
