One of the four manzanilla olives silver foil was broken and dripping….there be mould on top in storage… I disinfected it …but it is not good for storage… 2022 I ordered 20 of the big mamzanilla olives jars …. 11 had to be tjhrown out after a year…. We are using the last two now … after 3 years….this is a good product …. But the silver foils need to be stronger , saver sealed at the edge!!!

This store is fabulous. Their products are not only for restaurants, but for personal buyers as well. Their products are all about quality! Their muesli is the best. I'm still experimenting with the granola bars___so far so good!

Your shipping rates are ridiculous! The product was good and arrived in a timely manner but shipping cost twice as much as the product. For that reason alone I will not be ordering again.

I appreciate the large inventory you have, but I do not appreciate entering an item in your search bar and being told you don't carry it, only to go on the web, put in the same search and you are the first one to pop up on the list.

I received the venison stew meat in good time, perfectly packed and the contents- all but one--still frozen, so I could freeze them immediately without risk. A single 1-lb envelope at the top was as cold but thawed. I wondered if this were an accident but decided to conclude they meant it that way so I would have to cook and try the meat. I did! Have never tasted venison this good. Prep was easy and it was stew like it had been made yesterday, in 30 minutes. Tender and delicious! That said, if the thaw was an accident, it was lucky I had stayed home that day and went out to my porch at that time. We have trouble getting delivery sources to notify when the item has arrived-- those of us who don't use a smart phone. (There are a lot more of us than you think. Yet we have needs to be met and money to spend.) We ask everyone this: please don't let over-reliance on the latest smartphone products and apps prevent an enormous swath of the population from access to your stores. Not everyone can use smart phones, nor do we want to. But we do want excellent products to provide to our owner buyers and families. I've swung two committed vegetarians over, with this venison.

Overall purchase was good. But we are strongly dissatisfied with the arrival of the products purchased all the time because the boxes are intended for resale and they come all ripped and badly damaged, making it impossible to deliver them to our customers. Please make sure to help us out solving this issue!
