Have purchased from Vulcan Tire several times. Usually good service and quick delivery. This time, for some reason, it took 8 days (6 business days) for order to arrive. I did notice on tracking it seemed to sit an extra day after processing before USPS picked up.

You are a little nosy with the survey questions, this was a business purchase and the delivery service is very expensive and not reliable, would rather use UPS but was not an offered option.

The chains I'd intended to order from another source are not now available. It appears that thee chains I ordered from Vulcan are actually a preferable chain.

Offer Alternative Traction Devices (ATD) like the AutoSock, but ideally 100% Made in the USA. Stay out of the culture wars.. there are only two genders.

when calling this number I usually tell them what and they put it in and take my card number. I am a farmer i dont mess with computers., or i would of placed my order on the computer. Never before have i had to put in a order on the computer. MR.

I ordered tire chains that were advertised as in stock. A couple of days after my order was placed, I received an email saying the item was NOT in stock and could not be back ordered. VULCAN then CANCELLED my order and sent me an email informing me that the order was cancelled. After the email stating my order was cancelled, I went online and Vulcan was still advertising the same product as in-stock-now. If your order is time sensitive, you may have a problem with Vulcan Tire Sales.

price was $40 per sensor not that long ago, now it is $59 and you tag on $6 for shipping. Way past any inflation we have experienced. I guess greed has taken over vs common sense. Enjoy while you can.

it would be simpler if you saved my information so I didn't have to find a serial number from my last purchase, you would know what equipment I have. Displaying a price rather than seeking a quote would also save time.

The variety of options was great. The checkout experience was good as well, with clear instructions and several layers to make sure I was certain about making a large purchase. What I do wish was included were details on tire ratings and the UTQG.

Needed new sensors to add to our reserve stash as the units now in use are "getting to be that age" and are beginning to need replacing. Wanted to be ahead of that eventuality.
