Very, Very, Very slow to respond to hitting ENTER to confirm order placed. I wondered if it would crash. Eventually after several minutes, it said "Order Placed". Also, I have not yet received a confirmation email.

The text is all small and scrunched together, cramming too much information into a small space. It reminds me of a tri-fold pamphlet into which you are trying to cram as much as possible because the printer charges you by the page and you don't want to pay for a booklet catalog.

The look of the site is so bad that if it was anything but a health food site, I’d be very suspicious, but since I’m very familiar with the health food world, that wasn’t a surprise to me. If you don’t want to scare away folks like young moms who are just getting into this, I’d seriously consider an upgrade. But it worked great; no complaints there.

It is the only online place to find a specific product that has gone from its other locations. Love the friendly, enthusiastic website, but not the older website checkout design. There was no subscription support information and no free gift clarification beyond that offer or seeing it added in the checkout. It would have been helpful to be informed that some sock is limited to availability since I missed out on some products from my delay in purchasing. Because of the older web design, I wondered if this site was a scam until I researched it.
