Had a hard time understanding the 20% discount was only for certain items on the home screen because it wasn’t working at the checkout for the product I was purchasing but the other discount did apply so it wasn’t too bad really.

I was unable to use my $50 gift card when the balance would show up as active and applied to my card it wouldn’t process the payment so I ended up having to spend an additional $50 that I didn’t not plan to simply due to your system refusing to use a VALID gift card that showed valid and $50 remaining but would not process the order (even with an additional payment method to cover the remainder of the purchase)

I love vitamin shoppe! Being a member there are so many great deals and the selection is amazing. My orders are always ready for pickup quickly, and my shipped orders are very fast as well. The only improvement I can think of is a bit more organization with the website. Sometimes I do not get updates about my order or can’t find it on the app.
