My order came melted. I called to send that back and was told I needed to wait one to three days for corporate then corporate reached out and had me take pictures. I opened up the melted bar that re-hardened and it was a mess. I took the picture and sent it. All I wanted was a call tag to send it back and they emailed me a second time to take more pictures and Send those. I was not opening up six boxes of bars to take pictures of everything. All I wanted was a call tag to send those bars back in the future I would’ve purchased from you guys, but your return policy was so difficult on damaged merchandise that I will never Try it again. Even now, I am waiting for my refund. I have already contacted my credit card company to be on the lookout for it. I put out the box and it was picked up. They arranged for a pick up. I have never dealt with such awful customer service! I should have been able especially on damaged merchandise to have gotten a call tag with my first phone call. It should not have taken three emails later just to get the call tag and now I’m still waiting on the refund. It was very difficult and I am not happy at all with the process. This was my very first experience with vitamin Shoppe. I have been ordering separately from individual companies that you carry for many years. I thought it would be easier to be able to order everything from one company instead of separately from the way companies, the bar companies, the creatine companies, the vitamin companies, but apparently I was wrong. I could not be more disappointed With my experience.
