Your current checkout process works, but needs improvement.
When initiating a subscription, blindly assuming that the time of the online order is the optimal time to start the clock is too limited. Customers should be able to see an actual calendar and select the specific date that the first delivery arrives at their home. After all, I'm conducting business with you to make MY life more streamlined, so give me some flexibility!
Closely related, the current selection of receiving automatic "refills" (for lack of a better term) through the mail every 30, 60, or 90 days is too limited and rigid. For some of my meds, a single bottle lasts nearly 45 days. For other meds, some of the larger bottles contain enough pills to last approximately five months. Please provide better flexibility for the delivery date of each individual item. Maybe have an option for the customer to manually enter a custom number into an empty box, this number indicating how frequently (in number of calendar days) to send refills of each individual item ordered.
If these items are fully addressed, then all of my frustration with your ordering process will fade away. Thanks!
