Overall, I am actually very disappointed with The Vitamin Shoppe. I have been a loyal customer across multiple states for many years. I recently had several bad experiences with the managers in the 1450 Ala Moana Store. At one point, the manager was verbally abusive when I tried to pick up an order that I placed online. It was actually quite terrifying. Additionally, this store inventory never seems to be accurate. When I place an order online, it often has to be updated with a lower amount and I get less than I order. It is frustrating, especially when I am trying to take advantage of sale prices. I tried to order online and was charged $7 to ship to Hawaii. My refrigerated probiotics arrived in a box WITHOUT any ice packs and the box came open. They were completely warm and useless. I did get a refund (online customer service agent was very nice). But I am frustrated that I can't order online and get them shipped cold like they should be. So, now I am attempting to pick up what I need at another store. This whole process as me EXTREMELY frustrated and considering finding another place to order my probiotics.
