Overall everything was ok - though at some point the website did have some glitches.
I was trying to sign in and couldn't remember if I attached my email to my membership (which I opened in-store during a visit) so I went ahead and sent myself the email to create an account with my existing email in the database. I put in the password, then rewrote it - clicked submit, but nothing happened.
On the second glitch, the cart startd to not load after adding an item (the vitamin shoppe collagen pills). I think the system gave an error due to those not being part of the "bloom26" discount code - but I had to refresh the page multiple times, click on other links to open a new page - and then at last the cart loaded with the error so I deleted it make sure it doesn't happen again. After that I was able to finally check out :)
It wasn't a super inconvenience, I'm a business owner myself and do my own website so I'm very familiar with the love/hate relationship we have with technology. Though I'm not sure if others would have sticked around to complete the purchase.
