This was my first time to order from Vita Cart and did so because the product, Original Better Stevia in packets was in stock, whereas, at this moment all other suppliers were out of stock, so I'll be thinking of Vita Cart in the future for what seems to be company that keeps well stocked.

I had cancelled my order of HPF Cholestene because the statin in it was destroying my muscle cells. You sent the expensive order anyway and made me pay for it. I want to return the bottles for a refund but I don't know how.

I have no idea when my order will actually ship. Placed order on May 1st and do not have a shipping/tracking number yet. For most online orders with other companies, the shipping information is received sooner than with VitaCart.

March 25, 2026... On March 7, 2026, I placed order # Vitacart-101392 for ten packs of Olbas sugar-free lozenges (24-count each) that was confirmed as received. I paid extra to ship via USPS Priority Mail. Since receiving a confirming email dated March 8, 2026, I have not received any method to track the order, no further correspondence from Vita Cart and obviously, no product has been received. I am a regular online shopper and would appreciate it if Vita Cart will PROVIDE me with an ORDER DELIVERY DATE or at minimum, a tracking number to locate the order. i had hoped to provide a high customer rating, presuming the order would have arrived on a timely basis - or improved customer service. ordered item on the 2nd, waiting for it and never got an email telling me that it was cancelled and todays date is 19th, It was in small print on 3rd email recpt that order was cancelled without explanation. I had to search out the info instead of a separate notice sent.

Do not intend to order from VitaCart again! The information available concerning my order does NOT provide enough information to determine whether or not my item has shipped! When I contacted Customer Service, the person with whom I spoke was unable to answer my question and was in a great hurry to conclude my call! They were not interested in even attempting to provide the answer to my inquiry or forwarding me to someone who could! I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE!!!!
