I love the bra I bought. Fit is perfect. Pretty color and style. I really like the lace on the top of the cup. I wasn’t a fan of the no show panties. Felt like paper. I returned the panties.

The website kept promoting for a security verification code via text, which I did and it just kept cycling through asking again and again with no resolved solution. Very frustrating, so much so that I used a different form of payment

I was in the market for a nursing bra that to wear under a dress to a wedding, and VS did not disappoint. I was able to get a bra that fit, met my expectations, and was on sale! I also took advantage of 5 for $35 panties, of course. And I even went to Pink to find Christmas gifts, because that’s always around the corner! I’m always looking for bargains, and I was able to find great things on sale. But of course, bargain shopping always comes with cons, like low stock so finding something I loved, but not in my size is always a bummer. Luckily, VS always has some alternative! Shopping at VS online is as good as going to the mall - it holds a special place, very nostalgic of a time where malls reigned supreme. I’ll always be a customer!

The application is okay, but extremely laggy when opening the shopping cart. When adding items with multiple quantities to the cart, it displays one item with multiple quantities, however when closing the app and later returning to the shopping cart, all items separate into individual items even though they're all the same items. When viewing the homepage, all audio is turned off to play the video on the site, however there is no audio at all.

I sincerely love shopping with Victoria’s Secret weather online or in the store. I would highly recommend them and their products. I love the available styles and colors and the ease of ordering from home, but I also like to go into the store and be able to smell their fragrances And check out the merchandise in person

I was treating myself to an underwear restock, specifically my go to pairs of winx lace boy shorts and cotton boy shorts. I decided to purchase during a buy more for lower price discount. I had to search through listings A LOT. Every color or pattern of boy shirt was listed separately in the main search, and then u could see a diff pattern of u clicked on the listing. This was a pain in the butt especially because only a few of the patterns/cuts were a part of the sale while others weren’t. I was also hoping to buy a two tone wide leg fold over legging, but was upset to see that my size was unavailable and there was no notify when restocked option. I wear a 34F-G and was a little disappointed with the purchased hold a sport tank gave.

I wish I knew that the recent shiny strap rhinestone bras came apart so easily no matter how much you made sure that the hand washing and taking extra good care of it wouldn't matter because they come apart fast. Which sucks because they were the more expensive shiny strap bras.

I’m usually happy with the items I order. Not so much this time. One item I ordered was two pieces and only one was in the package. I ordered multiple items from same brand and all fit very different even though they’re same size. I will be returning half of my order at the local store.

The product is lovely. The ordering became a problem when the website wouldn't submit my order. I called customer service and was able to place the order with my birthday discount. My only complaint with customer service was their attempt to up sell me.
