I typically purchase in store only. It’s always too much of a headache ordering online. This was my very first online order with VS, and it was awful. I only needed $25-$30 in products. However, if I added $50 it would be free shipping. So I too the extra time to search products and see what I might be interested in trying. I ended up adding $58.78 in products. I came to the final step of checkout and did not get the free shipping as advertised. I started a chat with the live customer service representative and explained the situation. The representative ms name was ANNA CHRISTINA B. The representative reviewed my case and offered to place the order for me and add the free shipping. I agreed and I answered a few more questions about shipping. Then suddenly the representative ended the chat. At this point , I’m questioning whether I’m being scammed or not. I removed my save card from the site and was in fear that this agent has my account information and what would she do with it? I began another chat and asked the representative to review my previous conversation so that I wouldn’t have to repeat myself. The representative did not review my case or conversation and was very unhelpful. He only sent autogenerated responses and was not helpful at all. I expressed my concerns and then I ended the chat because at this point I felt like my time was being wasted and I felt that they didn’t care about my concerns.
