It was the worst online shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. At first for a few hours, when I would attempt to sign in, the screen would be stuck and never load so I wasn’t able to purchase my items through my rewards. So I waited until I got out of work to try it out at home and it still would not let me into my account. I tried my browser, Pink app on my phone, laptop, and iPad and they all were just stuck on the enter email address screen. Finally after connecting to customer support AI bot, during that time it finally let me sign in without anyone’s help. I finished picking out my items and then I was ready to check out and pay. I used apple pay through the app and immediately said payment failed. I switched to a different card, payment failed again. I switched my shipping address, payment failed again. It kept saying there was an issue that was being “resolved” and that some of my items weren’t eligible for gift wrapping. I don’t even want gift wrapping. I tried no apple pay and just entering my card number and it still said payment failed. I kept jumping through all these loops to try to make something work and it never did. So then I moved onto my browser, and did the same process and once again payment failed. I changed a bunch of things and still said payment failed. I finally had to go into my shipping address and check off no gift wrapping which it never asked me on the app. And then it finally let me pay. Altogether, I most likely will not use the online website to buy anything anymore. Very inconvenient process.
