I was disappointed with my shopping experience on Victoria’s Secret’s website. The advertising on the main bra page made it seem like most bras in the collection were 50% off and around $25, but after clicking through, I realized only one specific color was actually discounted. Many of the other colors and patterns were still full price. I feel that if a bra collection is being advertised as part of a major sale, all colors and styles within that collection should be included, not just one limited option.
This also creates an inventory issue because everyone rushes to buy the one discounted color, causing sizes to sell out quickly. By the time other shoppers browse the collection, their size is often unavailable. In my case, almost none of the sale options were available in my size.
I also think the size guide should be much easier to find and more noticeable. I know there is one on the site, but it was not easily accessible or clearly presented while shopping.
Lastly, I was discouraged after not being pre-approved for a Victoria’s Secret credit card despite having strong credit history, no major debt, and a positive payment history. Overall, the experience felt frustrating and misleading rather than convenient and customer-friendly.
