It took me I think 6 tries actually maybe 7 to get the order to go through. It didn't have my VS card available to pay, which I realized is probably because my card expired when I pulled it out and looked. Why I wasn't sent another card ever is beyond me. So then it has me look up my account and finds it and offers me a temporary shopping pass, which I try to use twice before realizing it's showing $0 allowed to spend. Really helpful. I'm realizing to myself that you guys never sent me a card again on purpose. I went through this whole situation where I paid my card off, and then you guys charged another round of interest that wasn't realized until I started getting credit notifications months later. The card had accrued over $400 of fees and interest off of a zero balance. I went back and forth on this issue with you guys for months. You guys kept telling me that the full amount was not paid off (it was), but rather that I didn't pay MORE than the full amount to compensate for FUTURE interest. Say that out loud. So fair-sounding. Honestly it comes off as a joke when you say it out loud. You guys would not remove the charges anytime I spoke to you over the phone. I finally logged in to pay the at least more than $500 at the time at that point, & my balance showed zero..!?? You guys had sneakily gone in and credited back ALL the interest/fees, I assume because you knew from the beginning it was a super NOT RIGHT at all thing to do to someone who had actually PAID THEIR FULL BALANCE off at once, which was a little under $1,000. I just chuckled to myself. I never even got a call from you guys. Everything was just at $0. Well, here I am now, thinking to myself, why didn't I ever receive another card in the mail? I know, because you guys aren't giving me one! You guys messed it all up--now -I- have to pay because of that??? I have had a VS card since I was in college and I'm 35 years old now. So now that I have caught on to that, I can't wait to log in and see what you guys did to my credit score with that one. You can probably recognize I'm pretty pissed off about this. Luckily, you guys basically have a monopoly w/ your bras for the retail customer who wants bras that actually fit right and aren't from JCPenney's, so I still went ahead & kept trying to get this purchase to go through other ways. I tried Klarna, and it errored out again. I tried Afterpay, and it errored out again. Finally, I remembered that I have this app called Sezzle. It's more complicated and you have to request the exact amount from the app first and then they issue you a card number to pay with. It finally worked. This whole thing took me over an hour. I'm getting my bras, so I'm happy, although I did at the last minute realized that they are unlined, so maybe I won't be happy with those either. There were also no push-up strapless bras left whatsoever. I ordered a slight lift strapless, so we'll see what that does. I have really big knockers, so I'm sure it will be fine. Hopefully I don't have to return all of the unlined bras, they're so cute but I do not prefer unlined. After all of that bs, seeing that at the very end, I was not about to give up on the order at that point. Just try and do better.. issue me another credit card. That would be the only fair option. Honestly, it's a big deal. I'm a real person with a real life. I had that card my whole life and you guys just didn't renew it this last time, because of YOUR mistakes. You wouldn't have credited me all of that money if you didn't accept the blame. Again, to never email me about that credit is ridiculous. You're basically admitting guilt by having done specifically that. "Hopefully she doesn't notice we went in and credited her all of the money she's been asking us to credit her for months." Like what? "And that we canceled her card/didn't renew it," (whichever happened). Very typical for a credit card company, but I really do expect more from VS. You guys are supposed to be one of the good guys.
