I was happy that I could go online and pick out the items I wanted, but would have been easier if that option was told to me while in store before I purchased those items in store to which had to exchange for online items. I could have done it that way the day I was original in the store to purchase instead of the sales person telling me the wrong information and going with what she told me and it being verified by the employee that checked me out that they sizes were correct. So after coming back to the store and switching those items for the correct size and using the online service was able to get it worked out, so with that knowledge I went online myself and purchased more items. We'll that didn't work out as planned either cause one of the items were missing out of the original purchase and after speaking to a live representative was assured that the missing item would be shipped and received in the next two days, but of course that didn't happen and at this point still waiting on the item to arrive frustrating. In that process instead of just sending the missing item free of charge cause it had already been paid for. You guys decide to leave out the item of the original purchase price and decided to charge me separately for the one item in which I
have other payments that haven't come out of my bank account yet causing me to go negative on my account. Instead of just sending me the missing item out of my original purchased and leaving the original charge alone and the recharge which was not what I was told and which I didn't appreciate my account being charged to which caused my bank account later to go negative and on top of that still have not received the item and according to the tracking information won't see the product until next week some time which was originally supposed to be only two days to receive after talking to customer care, now two days has turned into like a week. In my eyes this is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. Despite all this difficulties my wife loves what I purchased and was happy to share with someone about your online ability to purchase items in bigger sizes. So for that I am happy that she is happy. But definitely upset about the process it has taken.
