When I tried to place my order using my VS credit card, I got an error message that said I was not using the most current card and to contact Customer Service. I went ahead and placed the order using my AMEX b/c I was purchasing sale items and I did not want them to be gone before I resolved the issue. I called customer service and spoke w/ Mary Cortez who verified my information and then told me that I must have keyed in the wrong number b/c she did not see any attempt. Which could be possible, but I asked why I would have gotten the error that it was not the most recent card. She just kept saying that I didn't try to make the purchase b/c she could not see it. I would not have wasted my time calling had there not been an issue. She was NOT professional and quite rude. I have been a customer since 1995. I felt like I was talking to a wall. When I asked if would receive my points or could she change the billing to my VS card since I had just placed the order and had the confirmation number to which she replied no. Only if you would have used your card. I would not have called customer service had I not had an issue and received the error after trying twice. This experience with Mary Cortez was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Also, when I asked for her name, she was hesitant to provide it to me. Again, the name she gave me was Mary Cortez.
