I was trying to apply 3 offer codes when checking out in the app (the $20 off $50 spring bonus codes, the Free Mist offer code, and a free panty) however, you're only able to apply 2 codes online, even though in the details it says you can stack up to 5. The free panty offer also said it can be combined with Rewards members offers, so there shouldn't have been an issue, but with the 2-offer limit, it made it so I had to contact customer service in order to have all 3 offers applied (this would have gone MUCH smoother had the $20 off $50 and Free Mist been all under 1 offer code like in the past, rather than doing them as 2 separate codes).
I opted for the online chat option since it's late at night and my toddler son is sleeping (I LOVE that the online chat is an option, and that if the AI version can't help you, you get a REAL person chatting with you to help you).
I unfortunately got disconnected from the first chat assistant I had, but I'm sure that was my fault as I was trying to access my cart to answer the question the agent asked me, but when I tried to go back to the chat, we got disconnected.
So then I just started over and started chatting with a new agent. The main problem we ran into was that when I was viewing my cart in the app, there was a whole list of offers listed at the bottom that I can click on to apply to my cart. One of the offers was a "free panty with purchase" offer (up to $14.95), and I had a panty already in my cart that was about $14.50 (cotton logo boxer), so when I clicked on the free panty offer, it changed the price of that panty to $0 in my cart, which is great!
Unfortunately, when I was chatting with the online agent, they were asking for the offer code for the free panty, but when I clicked on "offer details" to try to find a code, it just listed the rules and gave no offer code to give the agent. I even looked in my email for the code, and then also opened up my account on Google Chrome to see if I could find the code in any of those other spots, but the offer wasn't seen anywhere for me except for when I was in the app. I wish I could've sent a screenshot to show and prove that the offer was applied to my cart and working just fine on my end, but there was no offer code to give the agent for them to input it on their end when creating a new checkout for me.
Luckily the free mist and $20 off $50 had actual codes I could copy and paste into the chat with the agent to input, but it was the free panty offer in the app that was causing the issue. I don't know where that Free Panty offer came from, all I know, is it was listed in my offers I could choose from at the bottom of my cart, and when I clicked it to apply it, it worked! Where it came from though, I have no idea, because it's not listed in my account when I view it from Google Chrome and I didn't find an email with a code for it. The only thing I found in my email was a veryyyy tiny banner at the top of a few emails that said Free Panty with Purchase When You Download the App, which I did recently download the app about a month or so ago, so I'm wondering if that's where the Free Panty offer came from? So I don't know if there is some glitch with that offer or the app, but it may be worth looking into.
I could tell the 2nd agent I was talking to couldn't quite figure it out, and after a while a different agent came onto the chat (still under the name of Clairo...or Claire O., I don't remember now) but you could tell it was someone new because they greeted me by my full name (Alexis instead of Lexi) and they were replying much faster and seemed much more competent. This new agent was WONDERFUL and despite the headache I'm sure I was causing them, they stuck with me and got it all figured out.
It was a long process, but I am SO GRATEFUL for the agent that got it figured out for me. I'm incredibly satisfied with the outcome!! So THANK YOU once again to that last agent who helped me (not Claire, but the one who came on under Claire)
