One item in my cart (a pajama set) said “only 1 left”, so I immediately proceeded to checkout and pay, but after I authorized Apple Pay, it kicked me back a screen and had me confirm payment again for a lower amount. I thought maybe it was a discount code or free shipping that lowered the rate but instead realized AFTER payment that it’s because the PJ set was removed from my cart without notification. I would have wanted it in another color if it was no longer available but your website didn’t notify me. So my purchase went through with just one item, which made it more expensive because I was using a coupon code that no longer worked without the pj set. I went right back in and ordered the pj set in another color and had to pay shipping TWICE as a result. It was just a bad experience that I feel was preventable. I should have been notified that the item in my cart was no longer available and offered to add it in another color or get a replacement for the item before my purchase went through.
