I placed an online order on Victoria’s Secret for a 5 pack of underwear and some cute PJs. After going through the checkout process and clicking my ApplePay to initiate payment, I was bumped back to the checkout screen and without any info or pop ups, was asked to initiate payment again. I just figured the applepay had glitched but after the fact noticed what happened was my PJs were removed from my order altogether POST payment, which caused me to lose my applied coupon because now the total was lower. Overall the cost was almost the same to not get the PJs because it also removed my savings coupon. All of this without any clarification or info or suggestion to choose another color of the Pjs (which were available in my size), or a notice that the coupon was no longer applied. So I paid again for just the underwear, and then had to go back in and re-order the PJs for myself in another color. Doing this cost much more because I lost my coupon ($10 off $30 or something like that), and I also ended up having to pay TWICE for shipping since the PJs were treated as a separate transaction even though it was only like 30 seconds later. Then when I actually received the products, the 5 pack of panties were a size Small and V-strings (I ordered a medium pack of bikini underwear), and the packing slip stated the correct order but someone on your end fumbled and sent me the wrong items. So now I had to ALSO take my own time to go make a return and exchange to get new panties which I did in store because I no longer felt that ordering from you online was reliable. I have been a long time customer and spent thousands with your company so it was just a completely disappointing experience all around
