I applied for free tote with my last order and it was with my items in my cart and unfortunately when I place my order tote free bag it wasn’t there . I’m very disappointed 😢 bc I was purchasing for my daughter panties and bra , it would be excellent gift this tote together with rest of my items. Bc of that my survey and my satisfaction is not good. I try to talk with lady on the phone but she didn’t help me either and my chat online was twice disconnected for some reason ! I often purchase from VS and I’m usually very satisfied but this time I’m not .

It was ok. I like most of the items I browsed through. Will definitely be purchasing more items. I actually like Victoria Secrets. Would love to know if you have a plus size store or location online or in my city of Las Vegas. You can improve in more detail about your products. Multiple attempts to use my Victoria’s Secret card and an error kept on occurring. I called in about the card and it was activated and ready for use. The only way to use some of the discounts and promotions was to use the card. So some of my rewards went to waste which is why I was making a purchase in the first place. It should not be this difficult to use a store card from the store account or to redeem rewards that have been earned already.

Quit catering to male pervs discussing their panty kinks on product reviews and the community platform. Zero female customers are describing THEIR sexual kinks yet VS allows male predators to openly describe their panty wearing habits that are appropriating real women. Respect the source of your income and remove posts and product reviews of male exhibitionists in desperate need of attention for wearing women's clothes. This is not the place to accommodate sexual predators.

As far as perfume, there could be more of a variety. I like floral and musk, but most scents tend to always have a fruit smell. Shopping was pretty easy online, and delivery was quick

I went online to shop because of the deals I was sent via email however when I went to check out because of my payment method all the "deals" were taken away. I am a loyal customer and spend well over $200 every time I shop however it doesn't matter if I don't use a credit card I get NO rewards! I will start shopping somewhere else!

I have issues every single time I order online though I love the store. It always glitches when scrolling thru, resets to start randomly or resets to start when returning from an item all of which is extremely aggravating. And though it is nice you show every version of a product, if it made the site run smoother I’d be perfectly happy to have just one selection for an item and the variations shown when you selected it. It would also make it easier if you condensed it because it becomes confusing the more you sctoll through especially once it inevitably begins glitching. I would probably spend more if I went to the site more often but I know as happy as I will be once I receive my items, the headache from site issues dissuades me.

Please make better quality sweater. I waisted a lot of money on sweater that did not last one school semester (4 Month or 1 year). Also, since I will not be purchasing sweater from your company does decide to invest in better quality sweater. Please, let me know via a campaign & and Google advertising. I will give this company another chance if the product improve, then I will purchase for myself, friends & family. Thank you. (Reference in quality of sweater --Polo Ralph Lauren men's double-knit Full-zip hoodie) Best material ever! Keeps me warm in cold/rainy weather and cool/shield from hot summer sun. Most important -- both the inside and outside fabric remains soft! Unfortunately, the soft side material is what ALL :( my Victoria secret sweater are not. They have all become rough and scratchy. Please work on making better quality hoodie/sweater. Many girl & women would purchase if the option was available I'm sure. Word of mouth is a good way to gain more customers. My recommendation is that VS should try this. I remain hopeful that I will eventually see changes towards improving your sweater. I'm sure I am not the only women that has stopped purchasing your beautiful sweater from lack of good material.

I wish more black leggings had pockets. Only the essentials have them. Need Pink sizes to be larger. I'm an XL but in Pink, I'm not. I can't fit in most clothing.

I found things I liked but were out of stock and no signs of them ever coming back nor a wait list. I've gotten coupons in my email that I can't use. I have offers on my account that I can't use. I came back to order multiple repeat items and as a repeat customer, I get no rewards from your company, so I won't be continuing to ship with you, as there's no honor or benefit to being a loyal company. The fabrics still have pfoa and a lot of things are really overpriced for the quality, this was a horrible experience
