Bad. Had to do with the website AND Bread. Although it seems easy enough to navigate, I don’t know what happened at around the time Bread came into the picture. Felt like I had to click more before reaching what I needed. That’s ok. I can deal with that. Trying to pay my bill through Bread when it started. It was a nightmare. So much so that I much rather go to VS and pay at a register. In the beginning of that approach, the associates wouldn’t acknowledge me. I had my stub, card and cash ready to make a quick payment. Turned out to be anything but. I have found two stores that are attentive, professional and always follow up with “anything else I can help you with”, and “let my know if you change your mind”. I prefer to have that kind of personal attention. Perhaps the bugs on the website are gone. I don’t care to find out. I don’t trust bread. I’m good with calling customer service to find out my balance and going to the store to pay. The rewards are worth it. In this economy, I appreciate this monetary perk.
