Had to return first size because did not fit. There are no exchanges so had to return and buy again. Still waiting for my refund. The dresses are beautiful, but show some skin at the belly, which is not desirable. I think I can fix this

Today I placed an order for the blue and white striped dress in a smaller size. I was disappointed that the one I received was too large because I was very impressed with the quality! I hope the smaller size works because I love the design and fabric.

Post-Delivery FeedbackOct 2, 2026
The dress arrived on time and fits well (as expected according to the size chart). The fabric is a bit more lightweight than I was expecting, but I would probably wear it with a petticoat under it anyway, so it should be fine. I didn't get my confirmation email right away but it turns out it was just caught in my spam folder, and customer service forwarded it to me right away when I reached out.

I have already recommended VC to the other docents where I volunteer! I wanted a different outfit on the website but it was sold out so I selected the one I ordered. Other than that, it was a good experience. Impressed with the quality of the material & detail in the garments.

Not rust, but still beautiful!!
Post-Delivery FeedbackSep 29, 2026
I absolutely LOVE this dress!! In the picture though, I thought it was more of a rust color, perfect for steampunk, but it was more of a burgundy color. It was still very beautiful and I can’t wait to wear it! The product packaging was gorgeous, it made me feel like I was getting a present!!!

Items are too small. I wear a US size 2X. I ordered a size 3X and I can't button the jacket. I didn't bother to try on the skirt. I'm keeping product because your 14 day return policy and return code authorization will not allow me time to ship back to your company. Your company's business practices are too rigid. Most companies give a 30 day to 60 day return policy.

I purchased a spectacular Edwardian-style two-piece suit, but unfortunately, it was too large and had to be returned. When I requested a return authorization, I promptly received clear and helpful instructions, making the process seamless. I then reordered the same outfit in a smaller size, which arrived on time and fit beautifully! I am very pleased with both the quality of the outfit and the excellent customer service.

Site Experience FeedbackAug 23, 2026
I have already purchased the olive green and white version of this skirt and I am very happy with it, and just purchased the all black. I know they decide on colors based on how sales go and accuracy. Just in case they are open to suggestions: please consider making this skirt in more fun daytime color like pink and white, sky blue or powder blue and white! I am purchasing this skirt to wear to go out to brunch, I am an alt goth fashion gal. Also consider giving us an XS option please? The small fits but Id like a little less wiggle room to it so it is easier to tie.
