The store checkout UX/UI design is needlessly friction-full. Anything you can do to speed up payment would be ideal. There should, eg, be page descriptions in the card information input html that indicates what that input is so that chrome and safari auto bring up the autofill. You should have as a guest purchase a default on "create account" button that will let one make an account at checkout so that details can be saved. Prices can't be beat. I prefer buying directly from manufacturer. Thank you for your work!

I was looking around on several art supply websites for a couple items I needed for school and my personal hobbies when I stumbled upon Utretch. The store's prices are the best I've seen across multiple websites and the timing of the expected shipping isn't bad at all. Overall I'm pleased with the products I was able to find at a reasonable and offordable price.

I ordered 10 sheets of Arches watercolor paper. This was my first purchase from Utrecht Art. I was really pleased with how well the paper was packaged! My previous identical order was from Blick Art and it arrived with the corners on one side crushed. I lost a lot of paper due to the poor packaging! Thank you for your attention to detail.
