Shopping on the site was easy and helpful. Check out was a bit daunting with putting my email with the recipients address was confusing. System would not take my credit card info after several attempts I called customer service. Representative said system was down but Tech said try again. I tried again after a few minutes and it went through.

This is my 4th visit to website ==three attempts to order. SO DIFFICULT. Ordered 2 items with different personalization; your computer made BOTH items SAME personalization. Very hard to chat with AI; gave up. Couldn't navigate past FREE SHIPPING==I hate all those tag-ons one has to navigate through an order. Never again!

It was very difficult to place my order for this customized product. It required a photo but I am not sure that the photo was received. I did call and the customer service person was very pleasant and tried to reassure me that all was ok. He said I would receive a proof before production and I am waiting for that to reassure me. This is an anniversary gift. I have tried to order it for a couple of weeks and each time ran out of time and discontinued my efforts. Today I stuck with it. Only took a couple of hours and a call to apple as well as to you. Wanted the photo in JPEG but seemed to say what I tried to send wasn't. Apple confirmed that what I was trying to send was a JPEG.

Two negatives among the four items I purchased: (1) I tried to send two gifts from me, and two from my kids to the same person /address (my niece, my kids' cousin) -- prepared to pay the $6.95 gift wrap fee twice. Inability to inspect a book collection set in-person and briefly read through its content pages before purchasing it to evaluate and reaffirm to myself as the recipient that the books are satisfactory to my expectations and if deemed as worthy as an investment to buy for personal use. I hate subscriptions and you threw several at me at checkout, calling it “free” for the introductory piece. This is my #1 reason for not liking a business, twisted words “free”. Be ruthlessly honest, plain and transparent. Trust is everything and your approach is not trustworthy.
