Ordering was easy and arrived in a timely manner. Problem was with the delivery. UniUni was terrible! I did contact Uncommon Goods and told them what happened, using both the "contact us" form and chat. I would have called first but couldn't find the phone number (was not on the receipt in the package!). I used the online form but wasn't sure that the form got through since there was a verification process that I didn't know I had to respond to by email and I missed the cutoff time. I then used chat to tell my story. Turned out that the online form did get through and I received a response. Overall, it was a frustrating experience due to the use of UniUni!

It was very difficult to place my order for this customized product. It required a photo but I am not sure that the photo was received. I did call and the customer service person was very pleasant and tried to reassure me that all was ok. He said I would receive a proof before production and I am waiting for that to reassure me. This is an anniversary gift. I have tried to order it for a couple of weeks and each time ran out of time and discontinued my efforts. Today I stuck with it. Only took a couple of hours and a call to apple as well as to you. Wanted the photo in JPEG but seemed to say what I tried to send wasn't. Apple confirmed that what I was trying to send was a JPEG.
