Two negatives among the four items I purchased: (1) I tried to send two gifts from me, and two from my kids to the same person /address (my niece, my kids' cousin) -- prepared to pay the $6.95 gift wrap fee twice. However, the system kept overwriting the words in gift card, so I combined them and only paid once. (2) In a follow up query about who I was ordering for, Daugher (sic) was misspelled.

Inability to inspect a book collection set in-person and briefly read through its content pages before purchasing it to evaluate and reaffirm to myself as the recipient that the books are satisfactory to my expectations and if deemed as worthy as an investment to buy for personal use. In my case, it was Ultimate RPG Worldbuilder's Box Set by Jeff Ashworth. If I could read it, I'll probably have bought it after eliminating my doubts about it.

Item description indicated deee shipping but then when I went to purchase I had to subscribe to a feee trial of something or other in order to receive free shipping. Now I have to remember what it was and cancel. I am however satisfied with the product itself.

Description of item indicated fee shipping when in fact if you want free shipping you sign up for a trial something or other which I will decline. Had a lot of trouble inputting my address when I tried to pay, I almost exited without purchasing

I hate subscriptions and you threw several at me at checkout, calling it “free” for the introductory piece. This is my #1 reason for not liking a business, twisted words “free”. Be ruthlessly honest, plain and transparent. Trust is everything and your approach is not trustworthy.

The gal who creates your glass garden art is fabulous! The recipient, my sister, of today's purchase creates glass plate garden art that looks like flowers! When my sister visits the west coast I've taken her to glass classes downtown Seattle - home of Dale Chihuly! We love and enjoy glass bowls and garden art!

Recipients of the gift I send don't know it was me who sent it. Shouldn't there be a note in the package that says "Gift from xxxx". Also, the date example on the site uses a comma, but if you use that format it gets rejected for a special charachter.

I wish there were more to choose from for DIY items at a lower price point. What I did purchase is great though. I am not a huge consumer, so I think very carefully about items I purchase.

Placed order and made it more difficult than it needed to be. Wanted it to go to different addresses. Initial screen had something referring to address so I went back instead of forward in system and took longer than needed to find the answer. Got my answer quickly thru the chat
