Aside from the fact they they have beautiful and unusual clothes, I find almost all of my interactions with the Ulla Popken website to be easy. They offer filters that make it simple to locate exactly what you want, pop-ups to indicate daily sales, and an efficient record of clients' information and purchases. In addition, their communications with me (text, email) come only when Ulla has something specific to tell me, rather than the barrage of irrelevant media notices I receive from other companies.
My only complaint is that it is hard to find return and exchange instructions on their website. I have yet to find a link to returns and have had to conduct a search to be connected to return information. There is probably return information on the receipt that comes with one's order, but there should be a clear and obvious link on their website, as well. They make everything else easy for their customers. They should make a link for returns easy, too.
