I just had a fence installed and I wanted a way to use the fence as a backdrop for plants in my garden. I started Googling for plant hangers to put on a fence and then I saw a hanging basket that had been adapted to sit atop individual fenceposts. I bought two before my fence was even done installing. They fit correctly and I can't wait to put some spiller annuals in them. They were easy to assemble and I think they will be secure when I really push them down onto the post. I'd like to see this product line adapted more. I see the torches. You could take the concept of the metal basket and create an orb instead for vines to climb through. I'd like to buy just the post cap with the threaded hole from you so I can make a bluebird house to mount on my fence. There's a lot you could do.

I was a upset because I received several 10% off coupons in email with code SHOP10 but the code did not work and that there were no valid codes on the website so, sorry no discount for you, kind of felt it was a bait and switch kind of thing :(, Then a few day later, I got an email with another 10% off code that was good for 24 Hours, Turns out I did not see the email within 24 hours so it went away, I sent an email back to Brandon explaining I did not see the email in time and would be happy to make the purchase if he could issue it again but sadly there was no reply. So, I purchased the items that I had to and the bulk of the order I will sadly look elsewhere. I think it's a bad business practice to offer coupons and not accept them followed by another coupon that fell outside a 24H window followed for silence.

20 accent lights installed on masonry (brick) pillars on new 225' iron fence along front of property with 2 entry gates. Looks great! Only problem was one LED bar burned out after 3 days but was immediately replaced by fencing contractor. So far very satisfied. Intensity of accent lighting is perfect.

Site is easy to navigate and make purchases. There were multiple pop ups on the mobile version while I was checking out regarding people who have recently purchased items which made it difficult to enter information quickly at check out. I used Tru-scapes for the first time for landscape lighting. I was pleasantly surprised by the feel and quality of the product. I use low voltage landscape lighting alot, but this is one of the only products that can fit under a small deck lip without sticking out. I did try to reach out a couple times for technical/shipping questions and I think the online chat is not ideal- there was a quite a delay or no answer.
