The site is clear, attractive and easy to use for the most part. I found the placement and push of PayPal to be a bit confusing and distracting. But that is about the only negative. I look forward to receiving the items!

Overall, my experience with the website was good, and I found the product I was looking for fairly easily. I especially appreciated the detailed product information and the availability of different shipping options. One area that could be improved is providing more detailed information about the condition of collectible items. For example, the possibility of dents, scratches, or tarnishing is understandable with metal replica belts, but it would be helpful to see photos of the actual item being shipped or have a clearer description of its specific condition. For a higher-priced autographed collectible, that information is important when making a purchase decision. I also think it would be helpful to have clearer information about estimated delivery dates at checkout, particularly when expedited shipping options are available. Overall, the website was easy to use, but more transparency about individual item condition and delivery expectations would make the experience even better.

I accidentally stumbled upon the platinum autographed jersey and would have purchased that with my first purchase instead of the other option. The website could be organized a bit better to showcase the more premium option.

I thought it was not very intuitive. For example, after ordering a signed ball, I would expect to have the option below the page to add inscriptions. It did not. Not very smart.

Purchasing an autographed item from the National show was quick and easy on the Tristar website. Charges were very clearly marked and sample pictures of the autographed items were provided. Overall a very positive experience.

I think the online ordering system could be more efficient when picking the athelete, the item and insription. For example having the athlete in alphabetical order. While you are on that athlete you add the any incription directly with that item instead of entering it the box towards the end. This makes me feel leary that the inscription could be missed. When I attend your shows in Chicago, the authentication line is excellent and the people are nice to work with.

This will be my third Nationals show in Chicago. I am a collector so the autographs are my main focus but this show has it all from cards to memorabilia, trinkets, and not just sports! Each year you continue to make the show better, bigger! I'll only be at the show a few days but its something I look forward to each year. Thank you Tristar!

Good so far - I have usually ordered these from Steel City Collectibles but decided to go straight to the source. I did not know this company was based in Houston! We are in Dallas.
