All good but two things can be improved: 1) GIFs gives an idea but full lenght videos would be best. 2) Delivery takes too much time. 1-2 weeks of normal delivery time is not acceptable.

The reason I clicked on the site was because the word “ discrete” was the boldest/first word I saw but almost didn’t purchase because the shipping overnight charge is ridiculously high but I’m going to give this product a chance and hope for the best.

My experience with two timid.com was not a good experience. I was browsing the Internet for something of good quality, but not too expensive and found the company. The website made the products look like they were of good quality so I purchased a couple things. When I received my package in the mail, I was definitely taken back by how small the boxes was inside the shipping bag. The quality of the products was extremely poor. It wasn’t at all like the website made them appear so I immediately emailed the company requesting a refund. I was told due to the nature of their products once they are delivered, they cannot be returned regardless of if they were open or not. I was also told that in order to exchange them, I had to pay for shipping. I was so upset about the quality of the items that I didn’t want to do an exchange even if I got to keep my original order.

I enjoyed scrolling through and seeing all of the options and the 50% off sale was amazing. I wasn't a fan of the product images when scrolling through the website, I thought the extra text and advertising made it look cheap and was overall overwhelming.

Ok so, I was shopping on-line for some you know toys. I went to my usual place but their prices were super high. I haven’t shopped there in years so I was surprised. So I started searching for a new online place and came across Too timid. They have a great selection and I got basically the same things I was going to get at the other place plus a couple more. It actually cost less and I was super happy. Everything came quickly 😁 The only thing was the rabbit they gave as free gift doesn’t work. Sadness. But you should definitely check it out!

My interaction with the website was excellent. It was extremely easy to navigate, gave the asset of filters, and I believe I purchased the right vibrator. I have been to countless websites, and even made a trip to the closest establishment full of every type of toy ever, however, the vibrator that I got there has already malfunctioned after a half a dozen uses. In the past two years, my partner and I have purchased a half a dozen vibrators that either just don’t have it or dies after a very short time. Fingers crossed.
