I bought two of these online and unfortunately, neither one worked for me. The lowest settings were still way too fast and aggressive, especially on the most sensitive areas. Even when I switched to the lower-pressure and vibration settings, the sensation was still too intense and actually became uncomfortable and painful. I was hoping for something with more control and gentler settings, but these just weren’t a good fit for me. If you’re sensitive to strong stimulation, I would keep that in mind before purchasing.

For the few dollars to get free shipping just ship it Free it's there. I think I was short a few dollars for free shipping. I understand it's part of the business too. But I think a repeat customer is better. That's just my opinion. I too am in customer service.
