Concerned about item that was not silicone. No response to problem cleaning one item from your company and that discouraged me from that purchase although I prefer the safer silicone.

The website is super user friendly without any glitches or annoying interface properties. The purchase process was incredibly simple, and the tracking information was accurate and up to date. My order was delivered on time, and the contents were intact and wrapped with care, with a cute little note/stamp from Johnathon who's a big fan of hockey if I remember correctly. All of the products met (one exceeded) my expectations.

I ordered a strap on to aid in intimacy. I received the item on time. However when I opened it it was like a piece of P.V.C. pipe shaped like a deck. It was way to hard. My wife said we would try it and it hurt her so much she made me stop. I want to return it but not exactly sure how.

The website is very clear and simple. Clean, not tacky-looking. Very fun and inviting feeling from the colors of white and pink. Maybe I wasn't looking hard enough but I wish there were more detailed options for searching for item types. Like length/width search options. I've seen another site do this but, unfortunately, I don't remember who it was. I also wish there was a wider range of products for smaller/thin dildos (4-5in length and under 1, up to 1.2in diameter) but I know that's just my personal preference. There were really only two choices for me. But, that's what I expect since usually people want... bigger ones. Which is crazy to me. I literally bought one I THOOOUGHT would be thin, just a bit longer than what I'm used to, (I did NOT check. My bad.) because the reviews said it was small and thin. It's literally... not. Again, MY bad there for not checking the details, but still. How can a 6.5 length and 1.5 DIAMETER be SMALL for people?? I can't even get it in all the way! Some dude said he broke his anal virginity on it so I thought for suuure it would be thin but, low and behold, how is that guy alive? Like, now I've got to WORK my way up to getting this thing up in me and that's not what I wanted!! I wanted to lazily just slip that fucker in but naaaah, I gotta woooork for it to fit... for context, I'm a lesbian so I'm really only accustomed to fingers. But I don't enjoy my own fingers. It's a thing. But, anyways, it means that I don't need much length/width jammed up in there for me to have a great time. I just can't "warm" myself up to stretch, ya know? I know my issue is probably just abnormal since so many people like big ones, and sooo many reviews said it was small and thin. Again. That's insane. I don't know. So I guess this is just me ranting about the superiority of small/thin dildos versus the "small" MONSTERS that everyone else is casually bouncing on. The site is great. MORE SMALL DILDO CHOICES... sorry. I just miss my old dildo. Lil guy. Perfect. ANYWAYS! Yeah. The promo emails are always useful and wanted. I was able to get this toy at a really nice discount that made it worthwhile to try and experiment with since it could satisfy a need I was struggling to fulfill. I was skeptical when I got it but it has quickly become essential. TooTimid is my new go-to. I appreciate all the good information and how reasonable prices and deals are. It’s also nice that they are discrete.
