Ive only had a good experience. Too Timid seems to have better ratings than Adam and Eve. I was able to find something that I feel is worth trying for the price. I like the ease and usability of the website as well. The deals are great and pricing is good.

Could use some filtering to narrow down the items to look at. Too many cock rings, e.g., mixing solo and couple use. Great discount--thank you! Add-on items at check-out not enticing, too expensive for this phase of the purchase. Refund policy is clearly stated and reasonable.

For the few dollars to get free shipping just ship it Free it's there. I think I was short a few dollars for free shipping. I understand it's part of the business too. But I think a repeat customer is better. That's just my opinion. I too am in customer service.
