Everything came in time and was as shown. Some of the products were a little lackluster and one has a lingering plastic odor even after washing, but some other products were really high quality and very enjoyable. The discrete packaging was nice although I would prefer a box to a bag so you can’t feel what’s inside. Overall a good experience.

Your website is very good and well done. My only issue is that the "free shipping" does not include Hawaii. I think some kind of discounted shipping should be offered to Hawaii and Alaska also. I was hooked when it said free shipping so I bought more, and then in the end at checkout, I was charged shipping. There should be a notice when the free shipping banner is shown that Hawaii and Alaska are not included.
