It took me a while to finally commit to ordering a sex toy. Though in our late 70s my husband and I had a good sex life snd I missed that after his passing. I found the website Tootimid and like the idea it is run by women so I placed an order. I was looking forward to getting my order and using the new toy. I opened it immediately when it came. When I put in new batteries according to the way it showed on the switch didn’t work. I tried other configurations and finally it started to vibrate but it would only start and stop by opening and closing the cap to the battery storage, The switch didn’t work and I couldn’t cycle through the various functions. I emailed customer service with my problem and very quickly received a reply apologizing and telling me what I could try to fix the problem. I finally got the switch to work so I could turn the toy on and off and cycle through the functions. But it would only vibrate for 1-2 minutes then automatically shut off. Then you had to wait 15-20 minutes before it could be turned on again. I emailed customer service again requesting a refund. Tootimid does not give refunds but will do an exchange. I ordered a new toy, an electric wand, and I am waiting for that delivery,
