I have already shared some initial feedback in a previous email, but I wanted to follow up with a more detailed update regarding the Power Play Bullet Vibe I recently purchased.
At first, I had difficulty figuring out where to insert the batteries. Thankfully, your customer service team was very helpful and promptly provided instructions—thank you again for the support.
However, I have encountered several issues since then. The device becomes quite hot during use, drains the batteries quickly, and needs time to cool down before it can be used again. I believe this overheating may have caused damage to the Vibe's internal components. Additionally, it no longer vibrates with the same intensity as it did during the first use, which has affected the overall experience.
More concerning is that shortly after my initial email, the Vibe stopped working altogether. I replaced the batteries, but unfortunately, it still does not function. I have only had the product for a few days and used it only once, so this outcome has been disappointing.
