Great product, super fast shipping. There was a little of “bait and switch” by twice being offered 10% off (for different reasons), leading to disappointment when it was only on certain items, but I paid the same price as I would have anywhere else. Packaging was great and I was pleased.

I had to use Paypal to order this. This "Bolt" company that is now used at check-out flags a credit card/debit card as it looks like (to the bank) that it's fraudulent. I have used Toolstoday for years and it always processed things. Now it's using a 3rd party (Bolt) and it looks fishy to the banks!

The loading time on the bits page sucks. I'm selecting options to delineate which bits I want but when I click an option the page is still loading. I inadvertently end up hitting an option I didn't want because the page is jumping/still loading. I checked on my end as far as internet speed goes and all is well.

I would have appreciated a legend or better, a diagram, showing what the dimensions stated in the product listing referred to. Some things were obvious, but I had to guess at others. I was looking at a router guide bushing which listed dimensions for D, D2 and C. I could only guess at what C referred to. I ultimately decided not to buy the bushing.

1. Screws are WAY too expensive. $7 for a 3mm screw? The tool for installing them is less ;-) 2. Survey is way too long. Don't know why my marrital status is relevant to buying some screws. 3. But, I really do like you guys. I've ordered several shaper cutters in the past.
