My name is Rod Baharloo. My first purchase was a vcarve pro bundle that came with some bits. I contacted customer support to ask if I could exchange those unused bits for others. Kevin replied saying they would return the bits but not exchange. I would need to buy the other bits in a separate transaction. I then asked how much money was being refunded to my card and he said 249$. After I sent the bits he emailed back saying. It was actually $149 they would refund. I told him to send back the bits because if I knew it would be that amount I would have kept them. He then insults me by sending me a link saying I could buy those same bits again if I want for a 10% discount at $221. I called and he answered, I immediately said I prefer to talk to someone else but he didn’t. I said it was his error and I want my bits back, I am not looking for anything for free and I sent them back due to his wrong information. That’s fine that they can’t give me back the $249 but give me the bits back. He then insults me again and says I am acting like I’m trying to get something for free. I told him I spend a lot of money and this is the type of interaction that will keep me away and he basic said he doesn’t care. Imagine being lied to and then insulted after spending good money. This place is not the only show in town and I can find the things I need elsewhere. I have worked customer service my entire life and never ever would this type of behavior be accepted in any of the places I’ve worked. Kevin is the reason I will never buy from tools today again and I will forever tell anyone who listens about what this guy said to me and how I was treated.

I could not pay using Bolt as it did not have my credit card listed. The Bolt site would not allow me to add a non MasterCard card and said I had to go to my Visa site and that sign did not offer a way to add Bolt. There should be a way to choose any credit card without having to pay as a guest. Very frustrating.

shaper cutters are good quality and sharp, but I bought these as matching set to build shaker style cabinet doors. the 1/4 groove that would hold the panel is lightly oversized so the panel is a little loose also the tongue of the coped piece is sloppy. I had to make a quick fix by making a shim from an aluminum can. would be nice if these bits came with some small shims or spacers for fine tuning your set up. In the past I've purchased shapers that come with brass or copper shims.

Everything related to this order was fine. The product was reasonably priced, but I dislike having to pay more for shipping than I did for the product.

So I wrote not on time because ups deliver to my crack head neighbor… who let package sit on ground all night.. not your fault but ups can’t read an address marked right on our driveway. Second is the poor fit with the tongue and groove. I kinda expected it but at the price it could be so much better and should be. If you want pics of fit I can supply them. Not at all disappointed with you guys, just everything else..

Entered the coupon code emailed to me and it did not work. Customer chat service sent me the correct code. Then after entering the code, there was no button to proceed with the check out. I finally found that if I hit the continue shopping button and then returned to my cart it allowed me to proceed with the check out.

great site for our cnc shop in daytona, we engrave marine grade aluminum sheets and these bits have a long life, but my main thing is we need fast reliable shipping to keep our shop running and that is one of my primary reasons

I just get frosted when the shipping costs more than the item. Couldn't you just stick it in an envelope and put it in the mail?
