Most cumbersome checkout process ever

1) Please stop auto-adding route charges at checkout. Either put it in the cart upfront, include a delete button, or not at all. It's maddening to have to stop, go back to the cart, retype information etc. over this. 2) Please fix the vibe-coded slopware checkout process. Took like 6 tries with multiple browsers before the order finally went through. This has never been a problem in the past.

Your website is a pain in the backside to search and navigate with screens jumping all over back and forth. Then after finally checking out I find there is a routing fee. I probably won't be back, not worth the hassel with other options available.

Great products and great prices. Check out got a bit "messy" when trying to use Affirm to spread out payments as well as applying a discount code. Eventually was able to use this option but only after several tries. Guess persistence pays off!

I tripped the brake cartridge on my StopSaw while cutting pieces for loft beds for two of our grandkids. StopSaw will replace the cartridge if it saved fingers which it did but it takes awhile and I wanted to keep going. I ordered from Toolstoday because it ships quickly and I was able to get back to work sooner.

Since Bolt took over I have not been able to log in, this is at least 10 times. Each time I order I have to order as a guest and input all my info. Bolt has a problem with their website. They should fire the web department. Before tools today was run by them they were the best and still are in all other areas.

I gave up trying to find the replacement part that I needed for my Festool Sander and used CHAT which was helpful. Then at check out the only payment method offered was Paypal which I do not use. Finally a check came up that allowed regular credit cards and I was able to place my order. I found it odd that FREE 2-day shipping cost $14.
