I was shopping for high quality brand name CNC bits. ToolsToday carries the Amana bits which are rated as one of the best. They carry a wide selection of in several different configurations. I was able to find bits that other manufacturers don't have. Their site is very easy to navigate and finding the right bit was equally as easy. It's nice to be able to compare specifications of the individual bits which makes for a better selection process. The ordering was very easy, simple and clear cut. I received my order within a few days. From the time I placed my order until it was delivered I received email updates. Very nice service. I will buy from ToolsToday again and I recommend them to any CNC user looking for a wide selection of high quality bits.

There was some bug on the website. When I was on mobile an iPhone, trying to check out in the cart, the touch wasn’t synced to the actual screen. So when I was trying to click ‘pay’ I couldn’t figure out how to actually click the button. It took quite a lot of perseverance to be honest, but hopefully it’s an easy fix.

I ordered a router bit that i needed for a deadline, paid for extra shipping to have it in time.It showed up late and i had to figure out a different way to finish my project so i was on time. I never used the part because it arrived after my deadline.This is frustrating because i now have to spend more time to call and try to get a refund,my time is valuable and i dont appreciate wasting it.Why offer expedited shipping at high price point if your not going to actual get it to the client on time????

1. With Amana Spectra compression bits, Depth of cut is important, The "B1" parameter should be one of the filter criteria. Not having this available made it much more difficult to find what I was looking for. 2. The 0.188, 3/16. and 4.763mm are all around the same numbers for "B1." But looking at them in a table is both confusing and annoying... Is there a way to include both numbers so that a customer can more easily select the correct bit? 3. The logic surrounding the safe shipping product caused the website to freeze when I had tried to remove it. 4. The mere existence of this piece of crap insurance detracted from the purchase experience.
